Platform Data Policy

SyncZer Inc. may connect to third-party platforms when a customer authorizes it. We use those connections only to provide the features that customer requested. We are not those platforms, and their own terms also apply.

What we use

With permission, we may access account identity, content the customer chooses to publish, catalog or business data the customer maps, performance information the customer is allowed to see, and tokens needed to keep the connection working. We do not use platform data for any other purpose.

What we do not do

We do not sell platform data, use it to advertise to people outside the customer’s own authorized use, share it with other customers, or keep it after the connection is removed except as needed for security or law.

Storage and deletion

Connection data is kept while the integration is active. After a customer disconnects or a verified deletion request, we delete or de-identify platform data we no longer need. See data deletion and our Privacy Policy.
